Quick and Easy Chocolate Mousses

Quick and Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: 

Cooking Chocolate 1 packet (200 grams approx)
Milk 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cream 1 and a half packet (200 ml)
Powder sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence few drops
Oreo biscuits 1 big packet
Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
Quarter cup lukewarm water

Method:



  1. Put Oreo biscuits in chopper and make it coarser powder add butter in it and mix well. Put generous amount in glass to make a base of mouse.  
  2. Whip 1 packet of cream (with beater) add powder sugar in it mix well and keep it in fridge.
  3. Take a microwave save glass bowl add Chocolate and milk in it, keep it in  microwave for a minute and let the chocolate melts or you can use double boiler for the same. 
  4. In lukewarm water dissolve gelatin,Mix well.      
  5. Add gelatin mixture in melted chocolate and give it nice stir.
  6. Add vanilla Essene to it.
  7. Fold whipped cream in chocolate mixture nicely (don't use beater) with rubber spatula.  
  8. Pour this mixture in glasses prepared with Oreo based.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream and Oreo biscuits or chocolate shavings.
  10. Let it set in fridge for 2 hours.
  11. Chill it before serving.
