Quick and Easy Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
Cooking Chocolate 1 packet (200 grams approx)
Milk 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cream 1 and a half packet (200 ml)
Powder sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence few drops
Oreo biscuits 1 big packet
Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
Quarter cup lukewarm water
Milk 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cream 1 and a half packet (200 ml)
Powder sugar 1 cup

Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
Quarter cup lukewarm water
Method:
- Put Oreo biscuits in chopper and make it coarser powder add butter in it and mix well. Put generous amount in glass to make a base of mouse.
- Whip 1 packet of cream (with beater) add powder sugar in it mix well and keep it in fridge.
- Take a microwave save glass bowl add Chocolate and milk in it, keep it in microwave for a minute and let the chocolate melts or you can use double boiler for the same.
- In lukewarm water dissolve gelatin,Mix well.
- Add gelatin mixture in melted chocolate and give it nice stir.
- Add vanilla Essene to it.
- Fold whipped cream in chocolate mixture nicely (don't use beater) with rubber spatula.
- Pour this mixture in glasses prepared with Oreo based.
- Garnish with whipped cream and Oreo biscuits or chocolate shavings.
- Let it set in fridge for 2 hours.
- Chill it before serving.
